Equal Employment Opportunity Training

To better ensure contractors’ compliance with EEO laws and guidelines, the Tennessee Department of Transportation, Civil Rights Division, Affirmative Action Program is required to provide training to contractors’ Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officers on a yearly basis. Upon completion of this training, a post-training assessment is required to verify and document that the training has been completed. After completion, email the Post Assessment document as an attachment to the Affirmative Action Program to aa.cc@tn.gov.
