Barry Brown is the Director of the Environmental Facilities Compliance Office and is a 1988 graduate of Tennessee Technological University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Mr. Brown brings to the department over eighteen years of environmental and civil engineering management experience from both the public and private sectors.
