This section accounts for actual payroll expenditures i.e. (regular time, overtime, FICA, retirement, insurance, etc.) for all of TDOT's employees. Accounting for labor hours charged to projects and reimbursement from these charges. Interfaces with F&A's Bimonthly Payroll System.
