From Walnut Grove Road to Macon Road Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee
The city of Memphis, in conjunction with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT), is proposing to construct the 2.5-mile Kirby Parkway from Walnut Grove Road to the intersection of Whitten and Macon Roads in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee. The new road design consists of a four-lane, median-divided, access-controlled parkway.

A Public Hearing was held for this project on September 24, 2013. The materials presented at the hearing ( handout, comment card and PowerPoint presentation) are now available for your information. Instructions for commenting are outlined in the handout and comment card, as well as the PowerPoint presentation. Comments will be received until October 15, 2013.
