Legal Division
The Legal Division is comprised of attorneys located in the Department’s headquarters and its regional offices. This division provides a wide range of legal services to the Commissioner, his staff and the various divisions of the Department. Matters handled by the division include preparation and review of contracts, resolution of construction contract disputes, administrative hearings, tort claims, employment law issues and legislative matters.
