Two cameras directed at stationary locations on the SmartFIX40 site are timed to take photo images approximately every 15 minutes. SmartFix40 Poster
The custom poster below is an artist rendition of the new signature bridge on Hall of Fame Drive over I-40 with the skyline of downtown Knoxville in the background. Created by Nashville artist Joel Anderson, the poster is part of an innovative approach to providing road construction information. It was provided to high traffic businesses and other popular locations to remind motorists of the important traffic changes being made on I-40 in downtown Knoxville.
