Reevaluation of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement
The Federal Highway Administration approved the Reevaluation of the DEIS on January 4, 2006. The reevaluation summarizes the changes that have occurred in the study areas of each of the three alternative routes presented in the DEIS.

Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement
A Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement (SDEIS) is being prepared to document the potential impacts associated with the new alternative alignments developed by the Regional Parkway Design Resource Team during the CSS process.
