November 30, 2005 Issue Group Meetings Issue Group meetings were held on November 30, 2005 at the National Transportation Research Center, 2360 Cherahala Blvd. The purpose of the meetings was to view the remaining alternatives that have been studied by the environmental consultants and then rate the alternatives from the standpoint of the groups particular issue.
