Public Workshops for The Knoxville Regional Parkway

The Regional Parkway Design Resource Team held Public Workshops on February 13, 16, 21, & 23 of 2006. The purpose of the workshops was to receive input from the public on the recommended alignment.

Casual analysis of the map. Observing the map to make suggestions.

The workshops were open format so participants could come and go anytime during the workshop, see the maps, write out their comments, and leave.

Members of the Regional Parkway Design Resource Team, TDOT officials, and engineering consultants were spread throughout the map room to answer questions about the maps or the project. After viewing the maps, participants wrote down their comments and turned them in before leaving.
