Proposed Design
First Project: State Route 52 from State Route 53 to existing State Route 52.
The proposed design of State Route 52 for this project calls for a four-lane divided highway. This design includes two 12’ lanes in each direction with 12’ outside shoulders and a 48’ depressed grass median. The right-of-way will vary to accommodate all roadside slopes.
Second Project: State Route 52 from existing State Route 52 to 0.4 miles east of the Overton County Line.
The proposed design of State Route 52 for this project calls for a four-lane divided highway. It will provide two 12’ traffic lanes with 12’ outside shoulders in each direction. There will be a 48’ depressed grass median separating the traffic lanes. This section will transition down to tie into the existing roadway at the end of the project. The right-of-way will vary to accommodate all roadside slopes.
